Alibek Dagly

Founder and CEO

Alibek was born in St Petersburg, FL

He started working in the construction trades in 1998. In 2000 Alibek started working for a General contractor who focused on public school and industrial construction.

In 2010, Alibek started working on residential remodeling and construction work.

He uses as many sustainable techniques as possible whether it’s recycling construction debris, sourcing local materials, utilizing the latest in construction technology, or preserving what doesn’t need to be replaced.

Alibek is a state certified Class A General Contractor (CGC 1526379) unlimited in scope.

He is a combat wounded veteran.

Alibek has the following educational and professional credentials:

  1. Bachelors degree in Criminology from Saint Leo University
  2. Masters degree in Sustainable Leadership from Arizona State University;
  3. Lean Six Sigma Black belt.

We acknowledge that Covid-19 as a serious threat, and take safety precautions to ensure the safety of our workers and clients. All of our workers have a mask up on site. You won't find Alibek without a small bottle of sanitizer in his back pocket. We are fully capable of building out projects without any face-to-face meetings or physical contact with a client, and we have done so in the past.

We source our products sustainably and locally when possible. We recycling construction debris, utilizing the latest in construction technology, and preserve construction that doesn’t need to be replaced. We build every project with the intention of that project lasting over at least 100 years. Alibek has the mission of becoming a net-0 builder, which means that the buildings and projects he produces will have as low of a carbon footprint as they can.

There are far too many examples of homes and buildings that are built poorly, with cheap materials or outdated technologies. Building projects this way, leaves the project owner in a world of trouble, as things begin to break and fall apart over time. As hurricanes and other natural disasters are becoming a more significant problem in Florida, it is important to make sure that your projects, whether a home-addition, new home, new building, etc, that the structure of the building is strong. Building out a project the right way, the first time, is massively important in saving time, energy, and money in the long run.
